Communication between our crew, clients, and subcontractors are an absolute priority; therefore we use Buildertrend to compile and manage communications, files, and information regarding specific jobsites. 

We believe in full transparency when it comes to a job and Buildertrend allows clients access to the jobs calendar, overall scope of work, daily logs, change orders, material lists, receipts, as well as a platform to send and receive messages to anyone on our team.  

This stage is when we determine the overall scope of work and begin the process of estimating, bidding, and sourcing materials. We keep a calculated eye on budgets and timelines to ensure the lowest costs and determine schedules for the overall. job This phase includes constant monitoring and interaction between our team and client to ensure our team can make your vision a reality.

South Bay handles all the jobsite demolition, construction, finishing touches, and supervises subcontractors to ensure that our values and standards are met. Our team has an intentional eye for keeping jobsites clean and tidy; therefore we start our jobs by creating a unique system for each jobsite to ensure cleanliness at the end of each day.

We're constantly in communication to ensure your build goes smoothly.

After completion, we have a final walkthrough to guarantee your complete satisfaction. This is last step in every build and when the extent of our work reaches it's end. During this process final touches are being added, equipment is being hauled off and final cleanup begins.
